When participating in the Japanese labor export program, we need to follow the basic steps in the 8-step process below.
Step 1: Candidate Preliminary Selection
The candidate preliminary selection process will help choose candidates who meet the eligibility requirements for working in Japan.
Step 2: Health Examination
Once all initial selection requirements are met, workers will undergo a health examination at hospitals qualified to conduct and certify the health of Vietnamese workers going to work abroad.
Step 3: Pre-Selection Orientation Training
This course will provide workers with basic Japanese greetings, how to introduce themselves in Japanese, and essential skills for job interviews in Japan.
Step 4: Selection and Interview for Job Orders in Japan
The selection process for job orders in Japan consists of two stages:
– Job Order Interview: This includes a direct interview with the employer or an indirect interview via the internet such as Skype, Zalo, Line, etc.
– Skills Assessment: This includes a skills test, physical fitness test, aptitude test, and IQ tests.
To pass the selection process, you need to prepare and review thoroughly.
Step 5: Intensive Training After Successful Selection
Once a worker has been selected for a job order, they will participate in an advanced training course on Japanese language proficiency and professional skills to meet the requirements of Japanese companies. The average Japanese language training time is approximately 4 months.
Before your departure, you will receive training on the job and specialized Japanese language skills.
Step 6: Applying for a Japanese visa
During the training period, the labor export company will apply for a visa for the worker and complete all procedures for going to Japan for work.
Step 7: Departure and working according to the contract
After completing all the necessary documents and procedures for going to Japan, the worker will depart and work in Japan according to the signed contract.
In addition, after entering Japan, during the first month, trainees will be guided by a representative from the labor union to help them adapt to the working environment, living conditions, and transportation in Japan.
Step 8: Returning to Vietnam upon contract expiration
Upon contract expiration, trainees will go directly to the sending company to complete the procedures for terminating their labor export contract.
Hopefully, the above article has helped you better understand the basic issues of the Japanese labor export program. If you have any questions, workers can contact us directly for prompt answers!
